God calls Moses, reveals His name, confronts Pharaoh through the plagues, institutes Passover festival, and brings Israel out of slavery. The story then moves through the desert land to Mount Sinai, where God establishes special promise with Israel and gives His commands. The final section focuses on the holy tent, priestly worship, Israel’s failure with the golden calf, special promise renewal, and the completion of the holy place. Exodus ends with the glory of the LORD filling the holy tent, emphasizing that the God who delivered Israel intends to live among His people.
